End of Summer....or is it still summer?

We took forever to really get into true summer weather up in the Northwest this year.  And now, in the middle of September we had a whole week of 80°-88° weather.  So here's what we've been up to over the last month or so:

  Going to the beach as frequently as possible

 found a little tiny crab for Karys to hold...she kept calling it a spider :)

 her sandcastle

   getting ready like Daddy

 so pretty!

 

 

    and more swimming!

 

 

 

 and lots of trips to various playgrounds

 

 

 and trips to Grandma & Grandpa's house

....where she cooked everyone dinner
