Amy's Wedding

So, just to make the wonderful crazy world of a new baby more fun we had to throw a wedding in too.  My sister Amy was sealed to her husband David in the Vancouver LDS Temple on August 10th.  It was a wonderful, beautiful wedding...and also a very looong day for the kids (and us).

Oh and David's middle name is Cameron and he is from California... we've already started warning Lisa to stay away from Cameron's from California! lol (for those who don't know already Cameron is actually his middle name too)

Our Little Family :)

Babies sleep through anything...when they actually decide to sleep that is...

The Baits Family

This was actually right after David & Amy came out of the Temple.  Karys went running up to Amy and started dancing around her going "Big poofy dress! Big poofy princess dress! Why are you wearing that big poofy princess dress Amy!?"...I think she liked the dress

Thank you Aunt Brenda!
Karys was ready to be done with pictures long before it was time to be done of course, and then she scratched her hand really well on Cameron's boutonniere.  It was even bleeding. And so we had a wonderful melt down on our hands.  She couldn't have Grandma or Lala or Maimy, so my Aunt Brenda stepped in and did a wonderful job distracting her and cheering her up.

Very interested in the bouquets

Karys was very not interested in anything at the reception until they started dancing at the end...then she wanted to dance all the time...with Amy & David.  Try explaining to a 2 yr old that she can't go and dance with her Aunt and Uncle because it's their "first dance"...here she is still dancing away with them even after most of the decorations are down.

Decorating the car.  There were also balloons inside and stuff tied to the back.

One picture I'm missing is of the very end of the evening.  Amy & David were opening their gifts (due to leaving town the day) and Karys laid down down on the gym floor behind them and was practically asleep.

Thanks! I love the photo of Karys dancing with us! And I had no idea Karys was sleeping on the floor behind us while opening gifts. I wish someone had taken a picture of that!
