Karys will be 9 months old in a couple of weeks. She's moving all over the place now, but at least shes not walking quite yet, even though she wishes she was. She still army crawls most of the time but can get up on her knees when she wants to. Most of the time she just tries to stand up and walk, and gets upset when I won't hold her fingers for her all the time :) She just jabbers away saying who knows what, and she wants to eat whatever Mom & Dad are eating. So far she likes bread, baby cookies, nectarines, cheese/cottage cheese, carrot sticks, and pickles. She's also started eating strained chicken and is getting used to that new taste. And despite all these new things we're eating now she is hungry ALL THE TIME! It feels like when she was a newborn and wanted to eat every 2 hours, but with solid food. She's also decided to try out throwing tantrums but I don't think it's working as well as she thought it might.
Getting ready to go to Egin Lake. This is a really shallow lake out by the sand dunes. Sorry for the poor quality of the rest of the pictures from the Egin Lake trip; we forgot the camera so they are all off of my cell phone.
